Ignorance is not Bliss: How to Become Wrong

Being right feels great! Being wrong, not so much. So, we tend to ignore everything counter to our own beliefs, making it difficult to consider we might be wrong, since we can’t imagine any other possibilities. But, thanks to philosophy, I’ve come to feel better about the truth once I discover what’s wrong with it. In this sermon I’ll discuss the ways in which I’ve learned to rewire my brain to better enjoy being wrong.
