February 18, 2021

I, for one, am really looking forward to Rev. Todd’s sermon this coming Sunday, Feb. 21. I could use some help in rewiring my brain toward the positive pole! With that as my “guiding star,” I have chosen three songs for Sunday that I believe fill the bill. You’ll hear Irving Berlin’s Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep near the beginning of the service. And we’ll have both On the Sunny Side of the Street and High Hopes, toward the end of the service. BOTH of these last two will have lyrics up on our TV screen so you can sing along at home. In fact, you’ll find links to all those lyrics here and in the SUUN (along with our closing hymn, #19 The Sun That Shines) so you can print them out ahead of time, if you wish.

So come join us on Sunday, February 21 for an upbeat, positive service.  If you’re like me, you could certainly use a lift given what we’ve all been through over the last many months!
