The Oedipus Path: Learning To Successfully Limp Along

Life is a journey, and along the way we get wounded, make mistakes, change, and, hopefully, grow. What prevents us from moving along and growing is avoiding pain, wallowing in regret, and refusing to let go. The Oedipus myth, despite Freud’s more familiar interpretation, is a powerful, universal, story of how we can take our lumps, bumps, and bruises, and move forward with our lives, even if it means limping along.

  1. I’d like to have a written copy of this sermon to send to a distant relative. Is that still possible.
    Thanks
