The Spiritual Nature of Place and How Environmental Advocacy Can Be Spiritual Work.

Services are held at 9:15 & 11:00 a.m. each Sunday. Jerry White, the Spokane River Keeper with the Center for Justice, will speak about the spiritual aspect of rivers, both as symbols and as actual forces in our lives. He’ll share ideas about global rivers and then focus on our own very special Spokane River.

Jerry White Jr is a Riverkeeper and conservationist with a long history of working to protect rivers in the Inland Northwest. As a former staff member of Save our Wild Salmon, Jerry advocated for the restoration and protection of native Snake River salmon and steelhead.
