The Clean Water Act 50 Years On

In this guest sermon, Jerry will discuss the ways our rivers have come back from the brink thanks to this landmark legislation.  Our waterways needs a new paradigm to ensure they survive into the next generation.

Jerry While, Jr. became the Spokane Riverkeeper in 2014 after being an official advocate for fish and rivers for many years. He has conducted education and outreach by removing litter and collecting data on water quality, shorelines, and riparian buffers. He continues to negotiate on behalf of the public regarding PCB pollution and water quality standards in our basin.
