In the spring we will partner with the Salem UU church to provide a workshop led by Irshad Manji for our own congregations. This will be preceded by a six week book study using Irshad Manji’s book, Don’t Label Me.
If you would like to get to know Irshad better you can go to Irshadmanji.com to watch a webinar or look in on a workshop that is being offered in Canada on February 18, 2021 by the Forward Thinking Speaker Series from the Edmonton Public Library. This is a free workshop titled, Moral Courage for Messy Times. Sign up and watch as much as you like. We think you will be intrigued and will want to see more.
You can get Don’t Label Me at Irshad’s website or Amazon. Both sites have several used copies as well as new paperbacks and hardbacks. Audio books can be found at our local libraries.
