Our Pianist, Maura Kegley, actually accompanies for two choirs in Spokane — our Mixed Choir here at church and the Spectrum Singers, an LGBTQ choir that is also getting back on its feet after COVID-19.

Spectrum is having their big spring concert on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Shadle Park High School auditorium and it should be well worth hearing. They’ll be singing songs of justice and joy that night — pieces right up our alley.

So give a thought about coming out to hear them. I’m planning to be there and hope to see many of you there, too.
