NAMI Spokane is dedicated to empowering all who have been affected by mental illness, through advocacy, awareness, education, and support. NAMI Spokane envisions a world where all those impacted by mental health conditions know they are not alone and are empowered to live their most fulfilling lives. We offer hope and health for people who are experiencing mental health concerns and their families today, as we work to build a stigma-free tomorrow.
All of our support groups and educational courses are led by people with lived experience and are offered to our community at no cost. We lean on our values of courage, compassion and community to empower all those effected by mental health conditions to live their most fulfilling lives.
Funding helps keep all of our programs and support groups at no cost to participants. We provide all the materials for the courses free to all participants. We use donations to help cover those costs.
Thank you so much for all of your on-going support!
