Guest Speaker Lucas Leek, MSW joins us to present “Intention vs. Impact.” The importance of practicing Cultural Humility to create and maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all people.

Lucas Leek is the Transgender Health & Community Coordinator at Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho, a founding member and leadership committee of Washington SAFE Alliance (Safety and Access For Everyone) Spokane chapter, Spokane Trans People board member, a member of GRAIN (Gender Resource Alliance of the Inland Northwest), Interim co-chair of Spokane TALL (Transgender, Advocacy, Learning, and Leadership), and a member of the Transform Washington Initial Advisory Committee. Lucas is a primary gender and sexual diversity educator and trainer in Spokane Washington and has presented to groups and organizations across Eastern Washington.
