Eddie Tabash, a constitutional lawyer in Los Angeles and 29 year member of the Board of Trustees of Americans United for Separation of Church and State, will join us in person to share his expertise in demonstrating how the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, particularly the First Amendment, was intentionally designed by the Framers to require equal rights for atheists. He’ll discuss how this perspective leads to the truth that no branch of government is permitted to favor believers over non-believers. Tabash’s goal is to secure a society in which believers and non- believers are equal under the law.
