Roughly 2,000 years ago, the Roman authorities executed a young Jewish man named Jesus. Even this much we don’t know with certainty, yet there has been more said about him than any other person in history. In this sermon, we’ll consider what I think is the most plausible explanation of who the historic Jesus really was and what was so good about his good news.
