Care of the Soul — June Touchstones Journal

The care of the soul is important work. It is at the heart of self-care. Without it, we are diminished in many ways. The care of the soul is also self-love, not as narcissism but as a means to greater empathy. In this regard then, care of the soul is a means of both deepening connections and caring for community.
