Speaker: Terry Anderson
Dr. Terry Anderson is a long time Unitarian and is currently a member here at UUCS. Terry has led the current effort to add an interactive web conferencing component to the Spokane services and to help expand UUCS reach and services through the internet. Terry serves on the NAUA board and is currently managing the NAUA website. Professionally, Terry was a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Distance Education – retiring as a Professor Emeritus from Athabasca University – Canada’s Open University in 2015. During his academic career Terry authored or co-authored 10 books and well over 100 peer reviewed journal articles. He was also on the conference keynote circuit for many years, giving talks on distance education and e-learning about the world.
Terry lives in Edmonton, Alberta with his wife Susan and has twice enjoyed an annual visit to Spokane when Edmonton weather gets totally unbearable in late March.
