Pickup: Sunday, April 10, 2022, in the UUCS parking lot
UUCS members, friends and the wider UUCS community have the opportunity to receive free Ponderosa Pine seedlings from a local non-profit group, Spokane Ponderosa. Spokane Ponderosa has a goal of planting 100,000 Ponderosa Pines in ten years, and we can be a part of that effort.
Information about the seedlings:
- 12 inches tall
- Need to be planted on your property, not on public property
- Should be watered for up to three years
- Prefer full sun
- Could eventually be 60 feet tall, so they should be planted in a space that allows for growth
- Can be picked up in the UUCS parking lot on Sunday, April 10, 2022. We can’t hold them for another time.
