Dave’s wife, Madeleine Lefebvre, and he are both retired Alaska State employees. He was Alaska’s Revisor of Statutes and Madeleine was a University of Alaska employee. After he retired, his primary relaxation was sailing and he also did a lot of prop design and construction for Juneau’s repertory theater. Last year they moved to Rockwood South Hill to be closer to two of Dave’s children, their children, and Dave and Madeleine’s medical specialists. He’s been a UU since 1965 and served on the PNWD board and committees over the years. He’s attended UUCS many times over the years when visiting his children or on PNWD business.
