Second quarter pledge statements for the current fiscal year will be going out by the end of this month. Also look for your Annual (calendar year) Charitable Donations letter by the end of the month.

What’s the difference? UUCS operates on a fiscal year from July – June each year. July – September is our first quarter, October – December is our second quarter, January – March is our third quarter, and April – June is our fourth quarter. We use your annual pledge to finance our operations and programs throughout the fiscal year.

The calendar year (from January – December) is the federal timeline for your annual income taxes including deductions for charitable donations. Your Annual Charitable Donation letter total will include your pledge payments and other donations to UUCS from last calendar year.

These will be sent out via email to the address we have on file for you. If you do not see our statements in your email or you would like to have a paper copy mailed to you, please contact the church office at 509-325-6383 during normal business hours (Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.) or send a request via email to bookkeeper@uuspokane.org.
