As many of you know, the Board started its fiscal year with two of the seven trustee positions vacant. As of the recent October Board of Trustees meeting, this situation has been rectified. Luba Johnston graciously accepted an appointment to fill position 5 until the June 2024 election, at which time she may chose to stand for election to the remaining one year of position 5, thus ending the three year term.
Catherine Trestrail accepted a transfer/appointment to the remaining months of position 6’s 3-year term. Thus we now have a full seven member Board of Trustees.

Todd serves as a Trustee, ex-officio, without voting privileges and is not counted in a quorum. Marilyn Johnson serves as the Board’s appointed Recording Secretary. Doug Deaton is the Board’s liaison to the Operations Team.
