The circle of life keeps turning. . .

Recently longtime UU member, Moritz Kundig, the architect of our beautiful church, passed away at the age of 98. There was an article in The Spokesman-Review that shared the accomplishments of Moritz and his talent and honors as an architect. A memorial date has not been set.

On March 9, 2024, a memorial for Buell Hollister, once a member, will be held at our church. Buell was 98 and will be remembered as an activist for most of his life.

We spoke with Carol Canterbury and Dave had surgery in February and is doing very well. We wish your speedy recovery to continue Dave!

Laura Gusdorf is dealing with eye issues and has been unable to attend church recently. Laura misses seeing everyone and she assures me she will return as soon as possible. We miss seeing Laura at church but she is keeping up with church by watching the Zoom service every Sunday and reading the SUUN weekly.

Church member, Phoebe Daniels, is currently being cared for at the Sullivan Park care facility in the Spokane Valley. Pastoral Care Team members visit her and let her know she is missed at church.

Our days are getting longer and the occasional sunshine brings the desire to be outside. With each day comes events that bring us joy or sorrow. Maybe a special anniversary, graduation, birthday, illness, or the passing of someone we hold dear.
