Dear UUCS Yard Sale Volunteers, Donors, and Friends,
What a wonderful community effort our UUCS Yard Sale was! We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make it happen. We raised $3500.91! There are still some items being offered on Facebook Marketplace, and Dan Eacret is sending a painting to the Art Auction House in Renton, which could sell for up to $2,000.
Most of all, we are grateful for the spirit of community, generosity, and fellowship that everyone brought to the effort. Whether you donated a box of treasures, spent hours setting up tables, helped for an hour during the sale, or stayed until the very last item was packed away, you made a difference.
We are so fortunate to have such a caring and generous UUCS community. Thank you for sharing your time, talents, treasures, and smiles. We couldn’t have done it without you!
With deepest appreciation,
Nancy Avery
Dear UUCS Yard Sale Volunteers, Donors, and Friends,
What a wonderful community effort our UUCS Yard Sale was! We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make it happen.
To all of you who donated your wonderful treasures — thank you! Your generosity gave us an amazing collection of items to offer, and we are so grateful that you shared your belongings with us.
Every donation, large or small, helped make the sale special.
To those who came early to sort, organize, price, carry, arrange, and set up — thank you for your hard work and energy. There is a tremendous amount of behind-the-scenes effort that goes into a successful yard sale, and we could not have done it without you.
And to everyone who showed up the day of the sale — greeting shoppers, answering questions, keeping things organized, making sales, hauling items, cleaning up, and pitching in wherever you were needed — thank you! Your good humor, flexibility, and willingness to help made the day both successful and fun.
We raised $3,440.91 so far! Thank you for sharing your time, talents, treasures, and smiles. We couldn’t have done it without you!
With deepest appreciation,
Nancy Avery
