Tom Mosher took a parliamentary procedure course by Zoom from University of Nevada and later took a parliamentarian test and became an entry-level register parliamentarian. For the last 2+ years, Tom has been Parliamentary Advisor to the Board and the Congregation. Tom says, “I will not be able to do this forever,” and encourages other UUCS members to take the course.
